All of our floral wreath designs are shipped within two (2) days of receipt of payment, not including weekends and holidays. Our designs are packed in a sturdy corrugated box and wired to ensure that your design will not shift during shipment. We ship through FedEx and UPS. Protection insurance is included.
We ship USPS Parcel Select for orders shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.

It has never happened but if your wreath does arrive damaged, please send a notification to us within three days before doing anything with the item or the packaging materials. FedEx will need to inspect the damage. Please wait for further instructions so that the correct process for an insurance claim can be followed. DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM BACK unless or until instructed to do so. If these instructions are not followed, insurance claims may be denied, and BUYER may not receive compensation.
Sometimes things can happen. If a wreath was returned from an error on your (buyer) part and you no longer wish to have the wreath resend, the buyer is responsible for a restocking fee of 15%. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
