We will accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. You also need to contact our company within 3 days by email that you have a return shipment from delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay return shipping charges. Wreaths must be received in the same condition that you received.

If your wreath is damaged in transit, please save the box and all contents so that FedEx may inspect the damage. When items are damaged in shipment and the insurance claim is paid, we will refund your purchase price and shipping charges. All Custom Orders are non-returnable and sales final.

Sometimes things can happen. If a wreath was returned from an error on your (buyers) part and you no longer wish to have the wreath resend, the buyer is responsible for a restocking fee of 15%. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
