Our SHIPPING POLICY is as follows:

All of our floral designs are shipped out within 2 days of receipt of payment from PayPal, not including weekends and holidays. Our designs are packed in a sturdy corrugated box and wired to ensure that your design will not shift during shipment. We ship through FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Protection insurance is included. USPS have again raised their shipping rates another 4%.

We ship USPS Parcel Select for orders shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.

We presently ship only to the United States.

If you are interested in that “special” silk wreath but are unable to remit the full amount at this time, a layaway plan can be arranged. Basic terms are 30% down with your first installment. This amount holds the item and is non-refundable. The balance must be paid off within two months. Once the item is completely paid for, it will ship. There is a 7% additional charge for all layaway. If the purchase is not completed, all payments to date will be refunded, except your initial down payment and your layaway fee of 7%, through PayPal. Your last invoice will include sales tax if you live in the state of Alabama and shipping fee unless you wish to split the amounts with each installment. Please, convo (email) us if you are interested in a layaway plan. If you wish to pay additional money other than the invoice payments initially listed for the plan, please let us know.

There are no layaway plans for custom wreath orders.

It’s never happened, but if your wreath DOES arrive damaged, please send a notification to us right away, before doing ANYTHING with the item or the packaging materials. Please wait for further instructions so that the correct process for an insurance claim can be followed. DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM BACK unless or until instructed to do so. If these instructions are not followed, insurance claims may be denied, and Buyer may not receive compensation.
